You get two!!!!

Recipe #1

All-American Pork Baby Back Ribs!!!


INGREDIENTS: 4 pounds pork back ribs 
Your favorite barbecue sauce (purchased or homemade)

DIRECTIONS: Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs on a medium-hot grill over indirect heat; close grill hood and grill until ribs are tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Add more charcoal briquettes to fire, if necessary, to maintain grill temperature of about 325-350 degrees F.) Finish by turning and basting ribs with barbecue sauce for the last 15 minutes. Serve ribs directly from the grill or, for extra tender ribs remove from grill, wrap in heavy aluminum foil. Place foil wrapped ribs in brown paper bags, close bags and let ribs rest for up to an hour. Unwrap ribs, cut into serving pieces and serve with extra barbecue sauce.


Recipe #2

4th Of July Red White & Blue American Pie!!!

Red, White & Blue American Pie

 1 ea 10" pastry or graham cracker 

1 cn 21 oz. Blueberry pie filling 

1 pk 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

 1 c powdered sugar,sifted
 
1 pk 12 oz. whipped topping 

1 cn 21 oz. Tart cherry filling 


Bake 10" pie pastry; let cool to room temperature. 

Pour blueberry pie filling into shell; refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. 

Spread cheese mixture over blueberry pie filling; refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

Spread cherry pie filling over cheese mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Go With Everything Sauce For Grilling!!!

Is the 4th recipe in the recipes for the grill series!


Yield: 8 Servings 

 2 c ketchup 

 3/4 c powdered sugar

 1 T worcestershire sauce 
 
1/4 t tabasco sauce 

6 T molasses 

 1/4 t garlic salt

 1/2 t liquid barbecue smoke


* Use more Tabasco sauce if you like it hotter. ** Liquid Smoke is optional. 

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until boiling. Keep warm on low heat until ready to serve. Pour over grilled meat or poultry.

Grilled Chicken Kabobs!!!

Is the third recipe in the
recipes for the grill series!



2 t mustard,Ground 

 1 T worcestershire sauce

 1/2 c water 1/2 c soy sauce 

 1 T vegetable 

oil 4 boneless skinless chicken 

 1 breast halves

 2 md zucchini -- cut in 1 1/2

 in 1 slice 

1 md onion -- cut in wedges

 1 md green pepper -- cut into 1 chunks 

 12 fresh mushrooms

In a resealable plastic bag, combine the mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add water, soy sauce and oil; remove 1/3 cup and set aside for basting. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces; add to bag. Seal and refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately on skewers. Baste with reserved marinade. Grill over hot coals for 10 minutes. Turn and baste. Cook 10 minutes more or until chicken juices run clear.
